Helping a First-Time Buyer Navigate the Competitive Landscape
July 13, 2023

I had the honor of meeting this client at an open house last October. She was ready to get her money working for her instead of renting (smart woman!). We watched and waited for the right condo to come up. And then this one hit the market – and BAM! She was ready to go!
It is pretty cool to help a first-time home buyer in this market. I get to offer up my 11+ years of knowledge to help ease the fear of writing an offer. I have a great system in place to help buyers who are walking in with no history of purchasing or owning a home. We wrote the offer and she got it! And we closed today.
It is such a great place, so close to her family, easy drive to work, and room to grow into it. I hope she gets to live there for many years and enjoy what hard work and patience get you!
So excited for you and your new chapter of YOUR OWN HOME!!!!

A connection 30 Years Later
I love it when my past from LONG LONG AGO (hello, UW Whitewater, I am talking to you) bumps into my present.
-
Sidenote- your first offer is usually the BEST offer
I was able to help my Client (and her family) sell their home, for $10K over the list price. It was a beautiful home, only 8 years old that needed nothing.

A referral from somebody who wanted to help
This was a special closing for me. I was referred to this Seller by someone I don’t even know.

Sold this one twice!
After the first offer fell apart, (it happens), our Client accepted a second offer that checked all the boxes.

After losing out on many offers…
This was the first house that I have sold that had a hidden trap door in the basement, (press a secret button and the door slid open) along with a cool medieval theme.
