Sold this one twice!
October 11, 2023
Fun Fact- we had to sell this house TWICE. And we did. After the first offer fell apart, (it happens), our Client accepted a second offer that checked all the boxes. This house needed some TLC, but the bones were solid and the land was plentiful.
We hope the new buyers love making this their new home. We hope the Seller and his family can move on to the next chapter knowing that their beloved family home will have a new owner who will give her all the love she needs to shine bright again!
