As long as I can remember I’ve loved homes. As a child, I would decorate my doll’s cases pretending they were houses. Making furniture from cardboard boxes and using my drawings as wallpaper.
With age, I became passionate about renovating. I did it in my spare time as my focus was my corporate job as a traveling, high-level sales exec in digital advertising agencies and at AT&T. Multi-million dollar Fortune 500 contract negotiations were my specialty. Before I knew it 25 years blew by as well as 8 of my own homes.
Facing a career crossroads, I pulled the trigger to follow my dream and sold my belongings to start a new business. It’s been 7 years of being a dedicated real estate agent and investor with 27 home renovations under my belt, and I’ve never looked back.
My gift is vision, whether picturing my clients in their next place or solving design. My clients reap the benefits of my building knowledge.
I have empathy for life events, having gone through many myself – divorce, death, career changes, building a family, downsizing. My clients say I bring infectious energy and laughter to the process, even when things are tough.
My stories are legend – sucking 40 gallons of water from a broken water heater with a shop vac the day before closing, moving a vintage pinball machine out of a basement before the buyers moved in, cleaning a dumped 5-gallon bucket of paint minutes before photos were taken, fixing a wall heater igniter post-close on the first day of winter. I do what it takes to get the job done.
A few times a year you’ll find me at my happy place – Kohler. Wandering the adorable neighborhoods with a chai tea latte, enjoying nature in River Wildlife, drooling over tile in the Design Center, and partaking in the Waters Spa. The rest of the time I’m surrounded by amazing friends, my two amazing boys, and three spoiled dogs.
