Trust the journey and get to the next chapter!

Sometimes, a property doesn’t sell the first time around. For many different reasons, this condo just couldn’t find the right Owner with their first agent. But then, the Sellers offered me a chance to sell it. I was the second agent, and honestly, I loved the challenge!

With some strong marketing, open houses, social media presence, and making sure we had accurate photos and a little staging, the magic happened! We found the buyers! There were a few hiccups along the way, but we closed. And the new buyers are thrilled, the Sellers can now turn the page to their new chapter in their new house. I just love a good ending! And, I made some sweet new friends in the process. It was a great Friday!
