It will be a challenge for me to keep this short while emphasizing the magnitude of Peggy’s knowledge and experience. My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Peggy. We were first-time home buyers and she kept the process running smoothly by keeping us informed constantly of updates, changes, and the progress being made. It is so clear that she loves her job. She has a genuine excitement and motivation to get you into your home, is very sharp and
tech-savvy. 

There are so many examples of her expertise and professionalism, but the one that stands out the most to us was when the only obstacle of a well-septic variance came up on the property we were purchasing. To make a long story very short, the DNR needed to issue a variance letter giving their stamp of approval on a 2-foot
difference between the well and septic. Peggy was relentless at keeping on them to meet our closing deadlines and the variance was granted. During that period she was in contact with us via email or phone almost daily, whenever there was a new update on the case, to make sure that our minds were at ease and we knew exactly what was taking place. 

Being a bit of a perfectionist myself, working with someone like Peggy who shares my attention to detail and thorough work ethic was a delight. I honestly can’t imagine having a better experience with anyone else. HIGHLY recommend.

In May of 2013, my adult daughter had a need to move back home with my wife and I.  We now had 3 adults and 3 cats in a 2 bedroom apartment and my daughter’s baby on the way.  I contacted a local real estate agency based on my internet searches for houses.  They immediately assigned me a realtor to which I explained that I needed to move into my new home by the end of August, this coupled with several trips to Asia meant I was on a very tight timeline.

After the initial contact, I would go several weeks without hearing from the Realtor despite repeated emails.  At wit’s end, I sent another message to the realty agency asking for a new agent or I was taking my business elsewhere.  They promptly assigned me Peggy Varilla and she hit the ground running at full speed.  Despite me being in Singapore she set everything up for me to search for homes.  Upon my return from my trip, I had asked Peggy to set up visits to 5 homes and she was able to get 4 of them scheduled plus she threw in one that she felt was exactly what we were looking for in a house.  Needless to say this house, the last we looked at, was everything that we were looking for in a house.

Once we confirmed this is the house we wanted to purchase, Peggy laid out a timeline to get everything done and even suggested we talk to A+ Mortgage for our pre-approval.  To say that the process sailed along smoothly would be a huge understatement.

After hearing about other people’s horror stories about their home buying experience I was a little worried that it would take much longer to purchase our home.  However, I have come to the conclusion that if everyone had a realtor as thorough and organized as Peggy they would have a very enjoyable purchasing experience.  I can say without a doubt that if we have a need to sell this house and purchase a new one, Peggy will be the only realtor that I will contact to handle the deal!
